location is near two subway stations and very close to the Eiffel Tower. I liked the heating and bath with tub. There was also a monoprix in front and many other shops in the area mainly bakeries. staff was very friendly, attentive to the customers and spoke many languages. breakfast consisted of a glass of applesauce, hot drink (coffee, tea or chocolate), two chocolate breads and two Danish and a yogurt. It was all sweet but I always left satisfied. area is quiet. There is no closet, it is more like a space on the wall to hang the clothes. There is a small desk and a full-length mirror. bathroom is a third of the room. I had a good time in this little hotel and I'd come back.
The room is small. Breakfast doesn't have a choice of anything salty. For three days it's fine.

The room was quiet and clean. The hotel was quite close to the Eiffel Tower, about a 10 minute walk, and it was safe to walk around the area at night.
First: to access the rooms you had to do a master's degree, you have to climb some super-steep spiral stairs (since there is no elevator). Second: the staff was quite dry (except for one young guy who used to stay at night, who by the way spoke Spanish). One lady and an older man were unpleasant. They knew that we did not speak French. that we only spoke Spanish or English and we spoke to them in English and they answered us in French (and they understood us). Thirdly: the bathtub in the room got stuck the first night and water almost came out of the tub and as if that was not enough, curtain rod fell down while I was trying to take a bath. Oh, tiny bathtub. Fourth, breakfast was pitiful. They didn't give you a choice, they put a tray with whatever they wanted and neither my partner nor I liked it because breakfast consisted of: a drink to choose between tea, coffee or chocolate (that wasn't bad), two small loaves of bread without toast or anything with butter, two dried croissants, without any kind of filling and fruit compote. I understand that there are people who like that, it shouldn't be the same for everyone because that kind of breakfast doesn't appeal to the whole world. finally, woman who gave you breakfast was the most unpleasant thing I saw in the days I was in Paris.
